Says Councillor Susan Murphy, Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Safer Communities and Youth:  “This is an ideal example of people who have committed a crime paying something back into the community for the benefit of residents.  By putting something back into the community can help to restore their self esteem and give them a feeling of belonging to areas where they live.”
