Policing Green Paper
Get the police service you want and deserve - give the
Government your views
Over the summer, the Home Secretary published the Policing Green
Paper;
'From the Neighbourhood to the National'
It sets out the Government's vision for the future of policing
and outlines proposals to cut police red tape, increase public
confidence in the police and give the public a greater say about
how their communities are policed. The Government would like to
hear views on the proposals contained within the Green Paper and
have produced a short, easy online form on the Home Office website
for people to give their opinions. Filling in the form only takes a
few minutes, and it can be found by clicking on the following
