Chris Foy, the St. Helens referee set to take charge of next weekends FA Cup final between Portsmouth and Chelsea at Wembley, is showing the red card to anti-social behaviour.
Dispersal Order reduces Anti-Social Behaviour in Peterlee Close

As part of Merseyside Police and St Helens Councils commitment to tackle Anti-Social behaviour, a dispersal order was introduced on the Peterlee Close area of Sutton Heath, St Helens for a 6 month period in October 2009.
